Restaurant Villa de la Selva and the Zihuatanejo Vinoteca have joined forces to present a special dinner presentation this Thursday, June 11 at 8:30 p.m. at the Villa de la Selva restaurant in Ixtapa, with details as follows:
Wine and Tango, or the common history of Carlos Gardel and of Malbec, a gastronomic journey from Toulouse to Mendoza, via Buenos Aires.
The menu consists of:
Smoked cheese empanadas with sun-dried tomato alioli served with Catena Zapata, tacos of duck confit with sweet and sour sauce served with Navarro Correas Private Collection, Beef Filet with polenta timbale and green pepper sauce served with Catena Zapata, and a chocolate-based dessert served with a bubbly rosé Extra Brut
Price is $500 pesos per person. Advance reservations and pre-payment are required. Service is included.
