Capricho´s Grill House in downtown Zihuatanejo is having a wine tasting event to introduce wines from the Sinergi-VT winery of the Guadalupe Valley, Ensenada, Baja California.
The tasting will include five samples: two white wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato, and two reds made of Primitivo and Nebbiolo grapes, followed by a sampling of a Coco Rosé, a blending of Moscato di Canelli (Muscat Canelli) and Grenache grapes.
Date and Time: Thursday, July 22, 2010, 8 to 10 p.m.
Cost: $350 pesos, including Tapas from the proposed new Tapas menu for the coming season, creations of Capricho’s chef, Edgar Alan Alavez Lacunza.
