CASA LARGA is a private walled estate at the southern tip of world renowned Playa La Ropa. Located on a beautiful, shady hillside setting within the indigenous jungle canopy above Zihuatanejo Bay, our guests are only a few steps from La Ropa beach where many wonderful restaurants, shops, hotels and local services such as scuba, snorkel, para-sailing, water skiing and surfing await the sun worshipper and shopper alike.

LODGING

Within the walled compound of CASA LARGA are two charming guest casitas and the Long House master bedroom suite.  One two or all three are available to rent allowing considerable flexibility in lodging for a single couple, a family, or a small group of up to seven persons.

Each casita is split level with the master bedroom upstairs and a living room/kitchenette, and bath on the ground floor.  There is a maximum capacity of 2 persons in the Casita and 3 persons in the Cabana.  The "Long House" master bedroom suite comes complete with a separate sitting room, air conditioning and a private patio with fountain and wading pool, maximum 2 persons please.

AMENITIES

CASA LARGA provides daily maid and linen service (except Sundays), hot and cold water, access to phone with taxi service available 24 hours.  Guests are surrounded by a lovingly maintained, lush tropical garden that provides visual delights and casa-to-casa privacy.

LOCALLY SITUATED

CASA LARGA is only a short drive from La Ropa Beach to charming Zihuatanejo.  There one can visit the 'el mercado' and shop as natives do, visit the many native arts and crafts shops, the local archeological museum, many great restaurants and watering holes, or launch from the Zihua pier into a sailfish charter adventure or a trip along the coast by catamaran, sailboat or private boat.
