The 31st Manuel Enriquez International Forum of New Music takes place in various venues in Mexico City and Morelia between May 24th and June 7, 2009. There will be interpretations of more than 100 provoking and innovative musical works presented by a wide variety of specialized musicians, groups and invited soloists. Now that the Nuevo Milenio highway (Mexico’s Fed.
