Puesta del Sol is ideally
located for that get away from it all vacation. The people are warm and friendly,
the beaches quiet and uncrowded, several restaurants are within easy walking distance or
you can buy fresh fish, lobster or shellfish from the local fishermen as they walk the
beach returning home from the sea.
The top floor of
the main house is the Penthouse/Owners Suite, available for weekly
rental. This spacious apartment comes completely furnished with an ample kitchen,
king size bed and twin sofa sleeper. A palm roofed patio facing the beach and
exclusive access to the private rooftop sundeck with it's 360 degree view of the beach and
surrounding mountains make this your own private paradise.
On the ground floor of the main house is a
beachfront room called the Oceanfront Mini Suite. This large split
level room consits of a kitchen, king size and twin bed and a tile roofed veranda
overlooking the beach.
Just behind this is
the Mountain View Room with one king or two twin beds (we will add a third twin
on
request) with it's own patio.
We will combine the Oceanfront Mini Suite with
the Mountain View Room to form a large two bedroom apartment for families or larger
groups.
These three apartments all include private
bathrooms, hot water, mexican tile floors and ample furnished verandas with hammocks.
On the opposite side of the central palapa patio
is the Surfer Room, a small beachfront room containing two twin beds,
private bath with cold water shower and a tiled roof.
Troncones is a small fishing village (Pop. 300) only 30 kilometers from the popular twin resorts of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. The town consists of a church, two schools, a few small
grocery stores, half a dozen restaurants, a plant nursery and laundry, hardware store,
pool hall, basketball court, soccer field, gift shops and a number of small hotels, no
building is over three stories tall. |
