Siam Ceviche

This ceviche is light and healthy with a really fresh
taste. Important: When marinating your tuna, be absolutely sure it is completely covered
with lime juice.

fresh tuna, cut into bite size pieces |

grated fresh ginger |

A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk |

| 1/4 cup |
fresh cilantro |

| Marinate tuna in lime juice in the
refrigerator for two hours. |
| After marinating, drain off excess lime juice. |
| In a large mixing bowl, place tuna, red onion,
tomato, ginger, Lite Coconut Milk, cilantro, salt and pepper. Toss together gently. |
| Add salt and pepper, to taste. |
| Serve cold. |
