Yvad's Seafood Enchiladas
SEAFOOD ENCHILADAS
1/2 lb. flaked crab
1/2 lb. shrimp
2 cups monterey jack cheese
green or red chili sauce - 2 big cans
T cumin
1 head roasted garlic
1 white onion
black olives
cilantro
capers (optional)
chopped tomato
shredded lettuce
avocado slices
Mix everything together,
wrap 'em up in flour tortillas & cover with chili sauce & remaing cheese. Pop
baking dish in oven @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh tomato, lettuce,
olives & avocado slices. Yum!
